RECYCLED CONCRETE AGGREGATE (RCA)

To align with Singapore’s vision in construction sustainability, Eastern Continent also recycle concrete debris from demolishing works and convert them into useable products as Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA). The primary process will be using excavator and jaw crusher to break up the concrete hardcore. The materials will then run through secondary process with impactor cum screener for segregation into aggregates and fines. Our RCA is strictly processed from concrete debris without the presence of other non-concrete construction debris. In line with our QAQC requirement, the processed RCA will be sampled regularly for accredited laboratory’s materials sieve analyst tests to ensure the quality fulfill the specific project requirements. The main application of RCA is to replace Graded Granite Aggregate Base (GGAB) Course in road construction. With our in-house engineering capabilities, coupled with EASA and FAA Part-21 Certification credentials, we are fully capable of producing a customised solution for your aircraft cabin interiors. Together with our global network of MRO facilities and partners, we are able to provide you with additional services such as boutique customisation of your cabin fittings and MRO work.
