Roads, bridges, and railways are the base for a nation’s development and prosperity. If there are an abundance of roads life becomes convenient and if the roads are wide, the future becomes closer. Sea Asia Engineering Pte Ltd has contributed to the balanced national development by executing various public and private civil engineering and SOC projects. With our sweat and passion, we have linked every corner of the Republic of Korea by constructing the 7.3km Seohae Grand Bridge, the 10th longest suspension bridge in the world, Kohajuk Bridge, Korea’s first 3-D cable stayed bridge, No.2 Namhae Grand Bridge, with the world’s first inclined pylons, highways linking Incheon International Airport, in addition to the Kyungbu high speed rail, maglev lines, the fully automated Uijeongbu Light Rail, and Daegu Metro Line 3, Korea’s first mass transit monorail. We will continually develop our technology and concentrate on building the world’s best roads, bridges, and railways. Our major completed projects are the Singapore Green Diesel Project, Qatar Laffan Refinery, Indonesia Cilacap RFCC, GS Caltex VGOFCC and the largest RFCC which forms UAE Ruwais Refinery Expansion Project PKG #2. Based on the above experience we are expanding our business portfolio into FEED, Turn Around, in addition to O&M, and financing of refineries.
Underground structures
Underground structures can solve the problems of lack of space for above ground structures, and will be 21st century’s next big business. With various technologies developed through the technical institute, Sea Asia Engineering Pte Ltd has strengthened its ability to construct underground structures by executing Seoul Metro lines 3,5,6,7, and 9, Incheon Metro line 1, Incheon Metro area 205, Singapore LTA C911, C913, C925, C937, T203, T3008, and the Doha Metro Red Line. With our technical expertise, we were awarded the contract to build the world’s largest rolling stock center, Singapore LTA’s T301 in 2016, which showed our competitiveness in the Singaporean civil engineering market. We have also constructed underground facilities for the storage of LNG and petroleum in Incheon and Koje showcasing our ability to meet various solutions for solving the issue of the need for more space. Our major completed projects are LNG terminals in Incheon, Pyeongtaek, Tongyong,and Thailand, and gas processing facilities such as Iran South Pars Phase 9 and 10, Saudi Manifa Project, UAE 4th NGL and Oman SNDC Phase-1. We are also strengthening our portfolio by executing the Boryeong LNG Terminal, Bahrain LNG Import Terminal, Kuwait KNPC LPG Tank Farm, and the Oman LPIC#3 NGL Projects. We are expanding our gas plant business and in addition to expansion of our markets, are expanding our business by entering the field of LNG liquidification.
Water resources / Ports
Singapore is surrounded on three sides by the sea and this is the new frontier we have to conquer. Ports are needed for Korea to become the logistics hub of NE Asia, while dams are required for stable water supply and flood control. Sea Asia Engineering Pte Ltd has burnished its skills by constructing Pyongtaek-Dangjin Port, Kwangyang Port, and Incheon LNG Terminal, and we have used this to successfully execute a large port project in Abu Dhabi. Dams have become one of our core business fields with the construction of Buhang Dam. We have also participated in the Chungaechun Restoration Project, thus restoring a 600 year old cultural icon and its ecosystem. As part of national plans for green growth, we participated in the Four Major Rivers Project by working on the Kumkang and Nakdong rivers. Sea Asia Engineering Pte Ltd aims to continually execute port and water resources projects thus contributing to the global movement of goods and people while contributing to the efficient management of water resources, which itself is a 21st century Blue Gold. Our major completed projects are China Lidong Aromatics, Oman Salalah Methanol, Iran LAB, Qatar QP LAB, Egypt E-LAB, Oman PP, Thai HMC PP, Thai IRPC PP, Saudi IPC EVA, Uzbek UGCC Ethylene and Saudi Rabigh-II. We are expanding our business portfolio into FEED and financing of petrochemical project.
